No Refund Policy

At Nexorium Tech Solutions LLP, all sales of VulScan subscriptions and services are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, subscriptions, or services.

Free Tier

VulScan offers a free tier that allows you to test the service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the free tier to ensure VulScan meets their needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

Subscription Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or interruptions caused by us, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • Service credit for the affected period
  • Extension of your subscription

This does not apply to outages caused by third-party services, scheduled maintenance, or factors outside our control. Any service credits or extensions are provided at our sole discretion and do not constitute a refund.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Ban the account from future use if the chargeback is deemed fraudulent

Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this no-refund policy only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Charges made due to unauthorized access to your payment method (subject to verification)
  • Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end

Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and require verification. To request an exception, contact support@nexorium.io with documentation of the issue.

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of VulScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
